The client upon signing our delivery note declares to accept all the following conditions:

EQUIPMENT
The renter assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment
The client will pick up the equipment or at the FCF srl deposit or at the locations specified, and will check that the quantity and quality of the goods correspond to the delivery note.
It is highly recommended that the client inspects all equipment before accepting the rental.
All equipment is thoroughly examined and quality tested prior to and directly after each rental to ensure that your shoot is successful and free of unexpected problems.
Although Fcf's inspections and maintenance prevent most problems, it is not possible to predict all potential problems. Notify Fcf immediately of any problem with any rental equipment. Failure to do so may result in a full rental fee.

The rented equipment is exclusive property of Fcf srl and for this reason the client must keep custody of the equipment for all the rental period, and declare the property in any case of court ruling .

Spare modeling lamps and batteries will be provided upon request. A charge will be incurred for missing or broken lamps or batteries. (burned lamps/batteries must be returned to avoid charge).Alkaline, Lithium and Silver Oxide batteries are considered expendable items. Fcf Srl provides rested batteries for each rental item, but cannot guarantee the viability of the batteries. It is highly recommended that you carry spare batteries.

CHARGES and PAYMENTS
Payment for equipment rentals is credit card or cash. Additional fees, if applicable, are due upon the equipments’ return.

All rates shown are for one day, excluded taxes (I.V.A. 20 %). Rentals begin at 9:00am and must be returned by 9:30am on the date due.
Rentals returned later than 10:30am will be charged a minimum of one day rate.
The weekend is charged as one day.

DEPOSITS
A deposit for the full amount of the equipment value, or up to $1,000.00, is required for every rental unless other arrangements are made in advance. If you do not have an established account with Fcf Srl, the deposit must be made with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit card with a sufficient limit to accept the full amount of the deposit. The deposit is made in the form of an Authorization Hold, which holds funds in the amount of the deposit for 7-10 days. Cash or a Cashier’s Check is also an acceptable form of deposit.

Prices, deposits and specifications in our catalogue are subject to change without notice.

RESERVATIONS and CANCELLATIONS
Because all equipment is rented on a first come first served basis, a reservation is recommended.
All reservations must be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the rental rate.

INSURANCE
Insurance coverage is the responsibility of the renter; all equipment is insured with a primary insurance company, against damages and accidents .
As the renter, you assume full responsibility and are completely liable, for the condition of the rental equipment while it is in route to you, and in your possession.
In case of theft the client must give immediate written notice to Fcf srl (maximum 24 hours), for theft or robbery the client must declare the event to the local authority - police or Carabinieri,and send a copy of the declaration to Fcf srl.
In case of an accident Fcf Srl requests a declaration describing the event, signed by the Client.
The guarantee is in any case extended by Fcf Srl to the client (the difference between the insurance reimbursement and the real damage is anyhow due to be paid by the client to Fcf srl), and the limits of reimbursement are defined by the insurance company (25% in casse of theft; 250,00 euro in case of an accident).

The law court is exclusively the one of Milan
